Done! Repaired the plaster on the kitchen ceiling ( Grant from Victorian Alliance and Turner Construction.)
Done! Removed the vinyl asbestos flooring in kitchen
Done! Uncovered the original 1883 built in brick range. The rusty shelves on the back still need to be sandblasted and soldered to reestablish its original appearance.
Done! Cleaned and painted the kitchen, the front bedroom and Emelita's bathroom. Thank you, Lynne Rutter- President of the Artistic License Guild who provided the paint.
Done! The flooring has been replaced in the butler's pantry, food pantry, and back hallway. The original linoleum pattern was replicated on vinyl by Spicher and Co. to follow the guidelines established for historic properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Thanks to Hank Dunlop for making this happen.
Done! New linoleum is installed in the kitchen and Emelita's bathroom.
Done! Caretaker's room painted, shutters cleaned and sanded.

Done! Repair of the top of the steps on the front porch by replacing rotten decking.
Done! The transom above the door in the kitchen now opens and provides ventilation.
Done! Locking mechanism in four doors repaired.
Done! Extending the handrail on the front and back porch stairs ​​for safety.
Done! The parlor windows were reglazed and the sashes replaced.
Done! The laundry room window was reglazed and painted.
Done! Tower room windows and doors rebuilt and exterior painted and sealed.
Done! Long fence along the driveway was re-supported to keep from falling down.
Done! On going-protective film is being put on windows to stop sun damage to original interiors and hold heat inside

Done! Caretakers bedroom and bathroom windows repaired, reglazed, new sash cords and installed
Done! Breakfast room window sash cords, repaired one window here.
Done! Replaced three light fixtures with period appropriate lighting.
Done! Reupholstered day bed damaged by time and a cat.
Done! 8.5 yards of pea gravel put on exterior pathways to cut down on mud and dirt in house.
Done! Replaced vandalized front porch window with polycarbonate plastic- 200X stronger than glass for security.
Done! Purchased and installed 8 camera's around the property for additional safety.
Done! Pocket doors into dining room were repaired.
Done! shelves built for archival boxes for collections.
Done! Gutters attached to back building roof.
Done! Patching the leaky spots on the back buildings for now.
Done! New Portiere "curtains" between Entry and hallway.

Done! Replaced the original brick foundation with rebar and cement with a footing from the front door to the Craftsman rooms. (3A)

Done! removed Buckeye tree to open up next area for the new foundation.

Done! Back buildings upstairs rooms are cleared of junk and windows are being replaced in metal frames and we are patching the leaks until we can afford a new roof out there.
